Michele Frese
FNP-BC
As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, I have over 15 years of experience in the medical field. I am so excited to be the founder of Elevation Health and hope to empower my patients to attain their health goals. I originally graduated from Marquette University as a registered nurse. After a few years of working in the cardiac field, I felt a pull to move my focus to preventative medicine. I received my Master of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner from Concordia University to move on to family practice.
There is a need for alternative therapies in Southeastern Wisconsin for a more holistic approach to weight management as well as health maintenance. I am so excited to help people feel better and gain the confidence we all deserve.
In my day-to-day life, I am a happily married mother of three busy little boys. I am home-grown from Kenosha County. I love Disney movies, cheese and running. The world needs to empower each other to be our best selves and I am honored to be a part of that journey for all of you.
Lisa Franti
RN-BSN
Lisa has been a nurse for more than 11 years with most of her career in IV infusion therapy with a background in Oncology and Emergency room medicine. She graduated from Alverno College, WI with her Bachelor’s degree Nursing.
Lisa lives in Kenosha with his husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing golf and going on walks with her 2 dogs. Lisa is dedicated to helping people achieve maximum health & wellness. Stemming from her own experience of receiving IV’s nutritional therapy over the years, Lisa hopes to use IV nutrient therapy as a means to improve people’s lives in an easier and more comfortable setting.
Courtney Sanew
Aesthetician
Courtney has been an aesthetician for over 22 years. She is a wealth of knowledge in understanding the health of our skin. Her super power is palpable as she has “Magic Hands”. She has a caring and comforting presence you can feel in each treatment.
In her personal life she is a busy mother of 4 beautiful children. She loves music and finding the joy in all things.
Grace Fracek
Licensed RN
Grace Fracek is a licensed RN with over 4 years of experience working with patients of all ages. Though she started in MedSurg, since 2023, she’s been a labor and delivery nurse, providing care to both moms and babies. She graduated from Chamberlain University in 2020 with a BSN in nursing, however, her passion for healing started long before then. With four younger brothers and now two kids of her own, she’s always loved taking care of the people around her.
When she’s not working, you can find her outside, enjoying the fresh air, whether that be in Antioch at a forest preserve with an iced coffee in hand – or in Colorado, snowboarding with her husband.
Health has always been important to Grace, however, since having kids, she now understands how important it is to find wellness in all forms. At Elevation Health, she is excited to help Kenosha and surrounding area residents reach their holistic health goals with innovative solutions she loves.
